What Is Bingxue?
If you’ve seen a giant, friendly Ice King (Bo Bo) mascot while walking around, you’ve found Bingxue (冰雪时光). Established in 2014 in Shandong, China, this brand is the ultimate "best bang for your buck" tea spot.
While others focus on complex floral scents or $8 premium lattes, Bingxue stays winning with a simple promise: Delicious, refreshing, and incredibly affordable.
Why Everyone Is Hooked in 2026:
The "System" Perfection: Bingxue owns its entire supply chain (85% of their ingredients are self-produced!). This is why they can sell a massive 1L bucket of fruit tea for the price of a small latte elsewhere.
The "Bo Bo" Mascot: Their brand IP is everywhere. In 2026, you’ll see Bo Bo (the iconic orange polar bear) in emojis, stories, and even limited-edition merch.
Actually Healthy(er): Unlike some budget brands that rely heavily on powders, Bingxue has upgraded to a "4-Zero" Dairy Base for their lite series :
✅ 0 Non-dairy creamer ✅ 0 Hydrogenated vegetable oil
✅ 0 Trans fatty acids ✅ 0 Sucrose
Regional Exclusives: They’ve mastered the "local" vibe. You can find Egg Waffles with Ice Cream in Singapore and Indonesia, the famous 1L Bucket Series in Malaysia, Singapore and even a limited Freshly Ground Coffee series for those of us who need a caffeine kick.
🏆 Global Record Alert: > In February 2026, Bingxue officially obtained the certification for the "Number One Global Sales of Matcha Ice Cream." If you haven't tried their Matcha soft serve yet, you are officially missing out on a world-record flavor!
🌍The Global Footprint
As of early 2026, Bingxue has surpassed 1,500 overseas stores across 14+ countries. Their Southeast Asian takeover is massive, especially in Indonesia (500+ stores!), Malaysia, Vietnam, and Singapore.
🥇 Top Bingxue Drinks to try
Bingxue’s menu is huge, but other than their record-breaking Matcha Ice Cream, these are the signatures that is currently dominating (Source: official )
1. Brown Sugar Bubble Milk Tea
The classic crowd-pleaser. It features their signature creamy milk tea swirled with a rich, caramelized brown sugar sauce and freshly cooked, chewy boba.
Why it’s a must: It’s perfectly balanced—not too sweet, but with that deep, "smoky" sugar hit that hits the spot every time.
2. Supreme Milk Tea
This is the "everything" cup for milk tea lovers. It’s a creamy base loaded with a mix of toppings like boba, coconut jelly, and other jellies for maximum texture.
Great if: You want a drink that doubles as a snack. Every sip is a different "bite"!
3. Mulberry Berry Tea
A 2026 breakout hit! Made with real mulberry jam, this drink is fruity, slightly tart, and packed with antioxidants.
Why it’s a must: It’s vibrant, refreshing, and much lighter than the milk-based drinks. Plus, that deep purple color looks amazing on camera.
4. Grape Juice Bucket (1L)
A literal bucket of refreshment. This 1-liter monster is filled with jasmine tea and plenty of real grape pulp for a juicy, thirst-quenching experience.
Pro Tip: This is the ultimate "sharing" drink for a hot afternoon or a long study session.
5.Coconut Latte The "hidden gem" for coffee lovers. It uses high-quality freshly ground coffee paired with light, creamy coconut milk for a tropical twist on your daily caffeine.

6. Jasmine Lite Milk Tea
Part of their "Full Score" light series. It features a delicate jasmine aroma paired with their specialized lightweight milk formula (low calorie and low fat).
Why it’s a must: You get that premium floral tea taste without the guilt. It’s refreshing and won't leave you feeling bloated.

My Thoughts
People always compare Bingxue to Mixue, but what I really appreciate about Bingxue is their commitment to healthier ingredients without the "premium" price tag. While I love the "spa vibes" of Chagee, my wallet doesn't always agree. Bingxue gives me that health-focused, "4-Zero" dairy base at a fraction of the cost.
My Personal Hack: Just like with Mixue, sugar needs to be reduced to the minimum level or at 50 percent.
My honest review:
I find Brown Sugar Bubble Milk tea at 0 sugar to be acceptable, I can taste the brown sugar taste at a bare minimum level, and it satisfies my craving with a healthier approach.
I tried Lite Oolong Milk tea at 30 percent and I found it too bland. At 50 percent would be better.
Mulberry Strawberry Tea was really refreshing. I tried at 100 percent sugar, and definitely will have to reduce by 50 percent the next time.
